Learn. Educate. Grow.
TCP Internship Program aims to increase the diversity of our team, and the nonprofit sector as a whole. Research from The Denver Foundation, shows that internships help encourage individuals of color to pursue opportunities for work and leadership in the nonprofit sector. Every year, TCP's Internship Program places highly-qualified interns from backgrounds underrepresented in nonprofits (especially students of color, low-income students, immigrant students, and LGBTQIA+ students). TCP aims to build a mental health culture for boys and men of color on college campuses nationally. TCP Internship program will bring in motivated workers with new ideas and fresh approaches. TCP will give back to communities nationwide by providing pre-professionals with training and experience in the workforce.
